Disney is wasting no time in their continued efforts to expand the Star Wars universe. Announced during the 10th anniversary Clone Wars panel at San Diego Comic-Con, Star Wars: The Clone Wars will return after an abrupt cancellation in 2013.
The show is expected to launch with 12 additional shows when Disney’s new streaming service debuts next year. Whether these are the final 12 episodes of the series remains to be seen, but if you’re a fan of the show and felt a void after its cancellation, your redemption has arrived.
